Ageing Workforces 

Few workplaces or work organisations have been designed with the needs of the 65 year old (and older) worker in mind.  Despite the 'Inclusive Design' research agenda there is little knowledge of what this workforce sector requires. There is also little known on how organisations view these issues or what help they require to accommodate older workers.
